This job took six working days to complete, it comprised of a full dig out,  drainage and ducting install, 10"  Mot base ,  70mm tarmac sub base and resin top. including the additional works.

We are currently working on a full renovation of this 2 bed run down mid terraced house in Worsley M28. On completion the property will benefit from a large dormer 3rd bedroom with en-suit,  new services and fittings through out, including windows,  kitchen,  A beautiful shower and bath rooms also new flooring and a rendered façade. we are also instating rear parking to the property with security gates and and EV charging finished with resin bond driveway and paths.

Artisan Developments Mcr inherited this site in Urmston to put right defective works left by a previous builder. These included...

 * A complete re-roof was required as the newly installed roof didn't comply with current regulations.

 *Extensive drainage works, (investigation and rerouting of the system as live outlets discovered/ hidden under the floor) original architects' drawings were not followed. works are in progress to rectify.

* REPAIR ALL AREAS OF DAMAGED RESIN DRIVEWAY

* Multiple snagging issues which have now been resolved.
